Blue Heeler Dog


Blue heeler dog also known as the Australian Cattle Dog and Red Heelers, and Queensland Heelers. This position as a middle-class dog and noted for independence and an unlimited amount of energy. The fact that this dog is working hard to make is a strong favorite as herding dogs.

Blue Heelers come in a variety of coat colors and markings. The most common is speckled red and blue. These dogs often have a mask on his face with a patch over one or both eyes. A white line in the middle of the face and nose are also quite common. Blue heeler dog weighs on average about 45 pounds.

Blue heeler dog originally developed to be the lead dog. Due to the fact that they are naturally cautious, they are also a good watch dog. Meanwhile Blue Heelers are naturally not aggressive, they generally do pastoral work with bite in the heel. As this may be for the dog to receive specialized training so they do not bite children or other animals if not motorhome. Blue heeler dogs tend to be easily bored with repetition, so short training sessions often help owners and trainers to achieve optimum performance.
